WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS, WE DO STORE CREDIT--WE WON'T BUDGE ON THIS EVEN IF YOU CUSS US OUT & THREATEN TO RUIN OUR BUSINESS--THIS IS OUR POLICY, PERIOD.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  1. Items MUST be received back to us within 7 DAYS of the date you received the item (Example:Delivered to you Nov 1, package has to be delivered back to us by Nov 8)
  2.  You MUST email for approval BEFORE sending back - sales@theruffledfeatherbus.com
  3. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE ITEM - NOT LAYING IN THE BAG OR STUFFED IN THE POCKETS - ATTACHED TO THE ITEM
  4. Items CANNOT show signs of wear, have makeup on them, smell like perfumes, smoke or pets, nor have pet hair on them.
  5. Shipping costs will be your responsibility & you will need to provide Tracking info via email
  6. If we have the item in the size needed for an exchange we will send it once we receive the original item, if we don't have the size needed, we will issue a store credit.

We will process returns once a week, NOT daily.

Pre-Authorized Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.

Local Pick-Up 

  • You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pick-up
  • Orders MUST be picked up within 48 hours of notification that it's ready
  • Orders not picked up after 30 days will be donated
